Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
The base is good and of high quality. In no case is it one of the usual Chinese ones.
1. On its back, it has a button which, when pressed by the user's mobile phone placed on it, the two holding arms converge and the mobile phone stays in place without getting damaged, thanks to the soft pads attached to the arms.
2. For release, there is an easy-to-use mechanism.
3. The plastics are of good quality and for fine adjustments, there is a ball at the back that is secured with a plastic screw.
4. It is easily installed and provides security for my 6.67-inch mobile phone with a wallet-type case.
Now you might ask why don't you get a good magnetic base, which is even more convenient. The problem with the one I had is the adhesive magnet that you have to put on the back of the case. It changes the appearance (looks ugly), if you have two phones you have to look for the magnet. If you change the case, you have to stick and unstick it. If you do the trick, where you put the magnet inside the case, unattached, and hold it with the case, then there is a chance of it falling with a heavy phone as its magnetic strength weakens. All in all, you can safely get it.
From the weight of the base and the mobile, the air vent grilles fall downwards, at least in Citroen C2. It also made marks on the grilles.
I am very satisfied, good quality plastic, without weighing down the blinds, easy to install and remove the mobile, stable as a base and with the ability for a slight rotation.
In the potholes, the phone comes out of its place; due to this specific mount, my phone's screen broke. That's all I have to say, stay away
In the 2013 Auris, it directs the flap downwards in the central air vents.. it does its job but with the flap lowered downwards.. if placed on the driver's side where there is another air vent, it is more stable. okay for the money but it didn't fit my car 100%
The best I have bought for this money. Simple and easy to use. 6 months later its springs are still intact. If you are looking for something for your car, get this one! You will just sacrifice one of the air conditioning vents.
6 months of use, completely satisfied... as long as you have suitable ventilation to install it! It's fine on fixed, diagonal, or vertical ones, but maybe not so much on horizontal ones... the base stays in place and the phone is securely locked!
The material is not of good quality, it is a bit difficult to install but it stays stable. I saw a review that says it doesn't stay stable in a Citroen c2, I also have the same car but I can attach it just fine
Very good case as long as it holds the car plastics, if they move around, the case will also move, but on its own it is super.
It is a very good base, easily adjustable. The phone does not come off the holder, nor does it shake during driving. The positive thing is that its tilt can be adjusted in all directions, not just up-down or right-left.
It saved me because my phone was overheating when I had it on the windshield! Now I can put air and it also cools down. So I will use it for the summers.
I just wish there was a way to make it "look" upwards, because it somehow falls downwards. Of course, it is almost insignificant in my case because I can still see the screen.
I am not satisfied at all, it does not easily fit on the car grills (Ford Fiesta 17) and with its weight, it falls off. Many times, when I place it, it easily comes off along with my phone. I consider the fastening mechanism for the grills to be very inconvenient
Very satisfied with the base. It is very high quality and worth its money. It goes in and out relatively easily. It is very sturdy even in potholes. I recommend it and would buy it again without hesitation. (I have had it for almost a month)
The only issue might be that it can leave a mark on the air vent, although I haven't really dealt with it. Nevertheless, I prefer a base supported by the air vent rather than one glued to the windshield.
Finally a stand that I got and firstly the phone doesn't move and secondly the stand doesn't come off.... Now as for the air vents, I don't know if they will hold up.. The stand, however, is very good (horizontal/vertical view)!!
Good, simple, and quality base. It holds a 6.4-inch mobile without any problem. The installation is easy. You put the base in the air vent, give the desired tilt to the hooks, and tighten it from the back by screwing. Buy without fear.
I don't have much to say, so many positive reviews are not random, I finally found a stand that is worth it. It can hold heavy 6.7-inch phones normally. The issue here will be the clamps from your air vent. Some are tight but some are loose and it may tilt, but overall it's not something that can't be solved, you will find a point where it will fit and stay.
I have a 6.3" mobile phone and I have placed the holder on the central air vent horizontally so that I can comfortably use the car's screen. Sturdy construction, good grip although it only holds the phone on the side, the clips on the air vent are strong but made of soft material that does not damage the plastic.
The downside is that it does not rotate with a single motion, but I believe it sacrifices that for the stability of the construction.
Very good base for quick placement and removal of the mobile phone. I was using a magnetic one for 4 years, now I won't go back
I use it in my VW Golf and personally it suits me. The material that covers the vents is soft so as not to leave marks on the air vents
I have been using it for about 1 and a half months attached to the car's air vents.
Easy to install on the air vent, as well as the phone. I have a relatively lightweight phone and so far it hasn't fallen off once.
It remains to be seen how it will perform over time, but it currently shows value for money.
Stable and user-friendly. I believe it is a very high-quality product. Its construction allows for easy installation and removal of the mobile phone with one hand, which is very convenient. So far, after approximately 2 months of use, the phone has never slipped. Note that I live in Heraklion, Crete, a place that is not known for its smooth roads. Nevertheless, I have not encountered any issues. I highly recommend it.
It does exactly what it promises at the best price.
Tested with a 6'' mobile phone, it didn't move from its position for a moment. Worth it!
Exactly what I expected in terms of quality, comfort, and price
Flawless for its price. Stable and very easy installation. With one hand you can put in and take out the mobile without adding magnets. A very good choice for this price (15€).
First of all, I have to say that it is the first holder I have purchased and it is based on air vent attachment, so I have no point of comparison.
Apart from that, I have to say that it is very good.
I have a 6.9" mobile phone weighing 230gr.
- After 3,000km of driving, it has never come off its position.
- If the air vent slats are soft, it may tilt downwards, but my phone touches the screen frame, so it does not lose its height.
- The clamps that hold the phone feel a bit "plastic," but for now, I have no issues.
- You can adjust them so that the phone faces right/left or up/down.
- The holder is very easy to insert and remove, and it has soft plastic in the areas where it attaches to the vent to avoid damage.
- It has soft plastic in both clamps that hold the phone, so there is no risk of damaging your phone.
- Finally, I have to say that it is small and discreet.
For the 15€ I paid, including shipping, I am absolutely satisfied.
5/5 recommended by me.
I have been using it for a month now and it is amazing, although its plastics are average, it is very well constructed. The phone has never fallen even though in the village the cement roads and "wells" have become a daily occurrence. I am very satisfied for the 10€ I paid
One of the most stable mobile phone holders I have purchased. The holder attaches very securely to the air vents and the clamps hold the phone very well. There are vibrations on the phone if it is not supported somewhere from the bottom. In my case, my phone rests on the dashboard from the bottom, so I don't have any problems.
The best... With one movement, it attaches the phone on top, with one movement it comes out and the base is ready for use again.
I purposely fell into some potholes to test it, and the phone didn't even budge.
In my car, the grilles don't fall down due to the weight of the phone, probably because they are generally immovable.
Placing the base is a matter of half a minute and it is ready for use.
If I could give it 6 stars, I would
It is firmly supported on the ventilation grilles. The mobile phone is easily supported on the base and does not fall at all.
It has a discreet size and fits very well in the air vent. It has a plastic "clip" for adjusting the tilt of the base, if you tighten it enough, your phone will not move. The phone sits and comes out of the base very easily, the base itself appears sturdy and not cheap plastic.
Negatives: In an air vent that moves as a whole (up and down) and not just the grilles, the air vent itself falls downwards due to the weight of the base. Also, the plug of the base that attaches to the air vent has bent the grilles due to its size.
