Very spacious, ideal for larger babies who toss and turn a lot at night. The mattress is firm, but it is supposed to be ideal for newborns. Although we bought an extra mattress, we ended up not using it. Exclusive use as a cradle.
It is okay in all aspects, and due to its size, we used it for a longer period of time.
I am very disappointed with the purchase of this specific crib. I do not like its quality at all, it is not easily portable and its mattress is very bad, I have added an extra mattress inside.
The most economical on the market when I searched for it. Also the widest! I just made it a playpen and unfortunately it is useless. The baby hits its "legs" on many sides of it. So it is suitable only for a cradle....
I have been using the crib since the first day we came home from the hospital with the baby! Now the little one is 7 months old and still fits comfortably in it, but soon we will move to a park and use a swing because she will start sitting on her own and it will be dangerous! It really is the biggest crib we have seen for the money.. My husband set it up himself just before we left the hospital and he said he had some difficulty, to be honest I didn't deal with this part at all and I don't know! He never put on the straps and I just had it attached to the bed without being tied... Overall, because I exclusively breastfeed, it was very convenient for me because I have her next to me and I can easily pick her up to breastfeed and then put her back, I haven't tried the reclining breastfeeding position and because we didn't use the straps it would definitely be dangerous! I have no complaints about the mattress, it's not a bed mattress, it's more like a bassinet mattress! Overall, it was one of our best purchases and it was worth every penny! I will come back when we use it in the park....
Unfortunately, very disappointed with this purchase. No resemblance to the description.
Negatives:
1. It is not lightweight construction and in no case is it easy to assemble/disassemble as I was told on the phone that you can easily transport it for a trip, for example, nor in moving from room to room even though it has 2 wheels.
2. The mattress it includes is unacceptable. It is a simple/thin foam. You will definitely need an additional mattress pad, which I personally could not find in the market in these dimensions. They told me it can only be ordered specially and the cost exceeded the purchase of the crib (!).
3. Useless as a playpen. The iron parts of the base touch the fabric and it is extremely dangerous for the child to play in there.
P.S. The wood it has (plywood) still smells very strong and annoying after 10 days of having it open on the balcony.
