With daily cleaning and without leaving liquids inside for hours, it permanently collects mold inside the straw. I have changed 2, it is the only bottle that experiences this, so I conclude that it has to do with its quality

It is very beautiful, I bought it to keep the water cold, but unfortunately it doesn't keep it cold at all, not even for an hour.

Apart from the fact that the straw broke within 10 days and I had to find a replacement, forcibly, from another company... with the first drop from the highchair, it made a crack on the bottom and started leaking! I threw it away! It's not worth its money at all!

We bought it in September and within a month the button that opens and closes broke. If it hadn't broken so quickly, we would have been very satisfied.

Do not buy it for one main reason. In case the straw breaks, there is no replacement, resulting in the bottle being useless. It's a shame because it is beautiful.

For the spare parts, obviously it applies. Also, it indeed does not keep the water cool for a long time [1-2 hours]. Definitely better than a plastic one we had. We have had it for 1 year and neither the straw nor the bottle has broken. However, it is expensive.

It is not worth its money at all. It does not keep the water cold. Only that it is beautiful externally, nothing else. The price is not justified. And the company's thermal food container is exactly the same

Everything was fine at first, but after 2 falls from the hands of the little one, the lid broke. The worst part is that they don't sell replacement parts separately. 25€ without the option of a replacement part is money wasted.

Unfortunately, while it is very beautiful, durable, and lightweight, it does not keep the water cold for long. Maybe for an hour. I chose it for this reason (to keep the water cold), but it probably is not worth the money in any case.
