Exterior: Removable cover with zipper for easy machine washing and decorated with bamboo fibers.

    After many phone calls and a lot of time communicating with the store, as well as many emails with skroutz, which unfortunately does not have phone communication, the order was returned and I received my money back. The pillows have nothing to do with what you see and what is described on skroutz. They require special processing to take shape, which is not mentioned in the description. Unfortunately, I will not choose skroutz again for my purchases because it has many shortcomings both in terms of communication and in terms of the descriptions and the consistency between what you order and what you receive.

    The pillow never inflated! I called them 5 times and they told me to massage it with my hands open... Then to hit it... Then to punch it... Then to leave it upright... Then to leave it for 48 hours...
    And after I did all that...
    To soak it in water!!!!
    Disastrous!
    I did everything except drown it in water.
    (Note, I had surgery)
    In the end? They said the product cannot be returned.
    I threw my money away!!
    It's worth mentioning that I already have the same pillow purchased from elsewhere and I never had to do such things.
    Don't buy this product.

    One out of eight pillows returned to their normal state when we took them out of their cases. The foam inside was so stuck together that it resembled old wool or cotton pillows. If there was a rating with zero stars, then I would give it to them. No store should sell them.
