I have been using this specific "screen protector" for years, it has saved my phone from certain breakage many times. It is definitely worth its money.

It is a simple Tempered Glass for the Redmi 7A. Easy installation, although everyone knows how to install a screen protector nowadays, so it's nothing special.

On the downside, I would say that the black frame, if not placed with extreme precision, can hide some pixels, but it is not noticeable in everyday use unless you try to observe it. Also, it seems to slightly increase reflection and slightly reduce clarity, but since it protects the screen, it is acceptable.

Lastly, sometimes it doesn't register finger movements well in scrolling, etc., but again, it is an acceptable compromise since the screen is protected.

If someone doesn't plan on upgrading their phone soon and wants to protect the screen without compromises, they can spend a little more and get a tempered glass without the black frame. Alternatively, for its price, this one is okay.
