The Best Thing But It's a Little Heavy, Definitely 1 kilo is ok and the speaker is ok and the buttons inside are ok. Everything is good so far in the 3 years that I have it.
Very good quality of sound. Not the first time that I buy this speaker (the old one still works, just needed one more).
I have been using it for two years now on my bike for long distances and with full volume that is sufficient in traffic and does not distract you at all. It lasts up to 5 hours and in quieter conditions, it lasts twice as long. Unfortunately, some songs, depending on the quality of the file, have small breaks or noise, but it plays 90% of the sounds very well. Also, it has a very good connection with any android and iOS devices that have been used.
In this particular case, I give it 4 stars because for the sound quality-size-volume ratio, the price should be max at €60. Nice speaker, easy to use, yet overpriced.
Very good wireless speaker with clear and satisfying sound. It is a reliable company and I highly recommend it. The cost is high, but it corresponds to the quality. The only complaint I have is that the color is not as it appears in the picture, as the cost is related to the color. Either the image has been edited to look more attractive to the interested party, or it has faded from the sun if it was in the store window.

It's lightweight and we take it everywhere, connects easily.
Now, if you really want crazy bass, get the Boombox 2 and up. I have it for home and rehearsals and it's really perfect!

It was a gift from me to myself (for my birthday). I had envied it from a friend. The speaker drove me crazy, what can I say. Unfortunately, I couldn't listen to other speakers in its price/category (like LG, Xiaomi, Sony) to be able to compare better.
I read that the sound starts to distort as the volume increases. It's true, but - for me at least - this distortion is minimal, it doesn't bother me and I don't consider it so negative.
-Note that I want it to listen to music in normal conditions. I'm not going to have a party with this speaker. Full volume only when everyone is out of the house.
-It's ideal for the beach.
-Bass... addictive.
-I think the black color collects some visible dust, but ok, maybe it's just me.
-I've connected it at times with a laptop, smartwatch, iPhone, tablet... and the connection with each one is very easy. No need to delete and reconnect the device or anything.
IDEAL: The price should be around 50-60 euros. At least for most of us. I bought it for 78 euros, at the end of January 2023.
The battery lasts satisfactorily. I charge it once a week and I have it playing for at least 2 hours every day, while reading for my thesis with lofi music.
Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I would SO love if there was an input for a memory card. To plug in a 64GB with so many songs, not to worry about battery (mainly mobile) or anything. It wouldn't take up much space, after all.
I bought the JBL Flip 5 speaker in May 2022 and it has been working very well until now. The sound is loud and clear, it connects easily to my phone or my friends' phones, and its battery lasts for several hours. I recommend it. I hope this description helps those who are thinking of buying it! :-)

The speaker not only deserves its money. It's something else!!!! Good construction, strong and clean sound as well as bass!
Very well constructed and with amazing bass. A bit muffled in overall performance, but with the addition of an equalizer app on the phone, everything leveled out.
Awesome sound, clear and with a lot of depth. I just expected a little more volume for this price. The construction is top quality, it falls down and you're afraid the tile will break. The autonomy is very good. I just think that for the 100 I paid, I expected something more, especially in terms of volume (it's fine but I would have liked it louder, hence 4 stars).
I got it for the holidays. I don't have any specific sound and volume requirements. I'm more interested in something pleasant playing in the background. It covered me perfectly. I was surprised by its battery, which needed to be charged after 13-14 days. I used it in the afternoon and evening at low volume, while having drinks, etc. 4/5 because I almost never give 5/5.

I was torn between the huawei joy and the jbl flip 5. I listened to them side by side and the difference in sound clarity (treble) and sound quality was clearly in favor of the huawei joy, which is exactly the same price.
At the same time, the huawei joy has a significantly larger battery and the ability to make calls / open conversations from the speaker, as it has 3 microphones. I suppose people choose the JBL Flip just because it says JBL.
So don't rely on endless positive reviews. First, listen to them in a store where they are all open, and then decide. Fortunately, this is easy in large chain stores.
For the size, the TERMINAL delivers powerful and clear sound, and for the bass, it may be the best of any speaker in its size.
It's not suitable for parties or for someone who listens to music very loudly. However, it's perfect with amazing sound, tremendous clarity in the highs, and sweet bass for anyone who listens to music at normal or slightly loud volume. It's highly recommended. Personally, I'm thrilled!

This fantastic speaker is worth every penny, 100%. I had the JBL Go 3 and there's a big difference. Just get it, don't even think twice if you have the money.
It played normally for a year without any problem. Until at some point it started turning off by itself. Then it started making strange sounds like it was burning and usually I let it rest for 1-2 hours and then it worked normally. Until at some point it stopped working and only turns on when it's plugged in but still I can't hear any music, as soon as I turn it on it makes strange noises. However, the speaker had a very good sound and a strong and clear bass... But I didn't expect this to happen compared to a Sony SRS XB10 that I had for so many years and played continuously without any problem and still works... Anyway, if you want to make this purchase, don't think it will last long if you use it daily.

The passive radiator decided to tear for no reason! Unacceptable!

The + - play/pause buttons stopped working.
I received it two days ago. My impressions are:
The sound was relatively good (good in the highs but not so much in the bass). However, at some point when I googled, I saw that by pressing the bluetooth button together with (-) for 10 seconds, it goes into LOUDNESS mode. Then the sound and bass really skyrocketed. Many may not know this because the manual does not mention this function.
The LOUDNESS function, both on this speaker and on the amplifiers I have (Kenwood & Yamaha), continue as before just after the middle of the volume. That's why we have the bass reduction. That's how the function works. The speaker is really good!
Some tips for those who haven't decided yet.
1) This device has a feature called Low Frequency Mode which can be activated/deactivated by simultaneously pressing the power button and the - volume button for a few seconds. When this feature is off, you have a very clear sound and moderate bass. If you activate it, the bass goes... to the sky, making necessary "discounts" in sound quality.
2) Download an Equalizer app on your phone, the sound quality you will have will be on another level! Personally, I tried the free Bass Booster for android and I was very satisfied.
Advantages:

Disadvantages:
- Price. However, you get what you pay for.
I have had it for 1 month and so far I haven't seen anything negative. It has crazy bass and crazy sound for its size. The only thing I don't like so much is that next to where you open and close it, there is a line that shows the battery and it's not clear exactly how much battery it has and it looks a bit blurry. But that doesn't bother me at all. In my opinion, I would definitely recommend you to spend the 100€ without hesitation!
A very good speaker with quality in music and volume, and in a size that you can easily carry!
I have had this speaker for two years and have compared it to much more expensive speakers and it really zeros them out. I believe it's worth its money. Purchase price €80.
Big problem!
I love Jbl and have been supporting them for 10 years now.
I bought 2 Jbl flip 5 and connect them to my computer using party boost.
They keep cutting out at the signal...
All computer software has been carefully selected, but the speakers are causing the problem...
Jbl couldn't help, and neither could anyone else. I've tried hard resetting everything, but nothing works.
It's a shame that everything has been tried...
They work fine for mobile devices, but for computers, I say no to party boost. It's a trap, I tell you.
