    Good choice for Nitric Oxide, it gives you a lot of energy due to its high caffeine content (it would be good to drink some water during the workout) and because of L-arginine, it stimulates the areas being worked on (as a warm-up for injuries and as a recovery). Overall, it does what it promises, there is a stronger formula from another company, but this one is good too!
