I am satisfied because it does its job and its price was fine compared to others. However, I should note that I bought exactly the same product after 4 years and its quality in terms of material and appearance was inferior compared to the previous one (the new one looks more "cheap" and plastic). I hope at least it lasts the same amount of time.

Awful frappe maker, the button is not convenient where it is, it has no power, it needs its own cup to fit in the slots to activate, and it makes a lot of noise.

Very very difficult to use, as it requires using its own cup in order to press a button on the inside top part of it. Initially, I thought it was broken! I consider it a very bad choice...

I would have liked the round beaters on the mixer to have notches so that they can beat the foam better. Other than that, it is a good machine.

After a few seconds of operation, it drops in performance, I don't know why. For a freddo espresso, it is satisfactory, but it takes time to hit

Very good motor...and easy to use... Because I have read from many people that it heats up easily...make sure not to operate it for more than a minute continuously....because there is a risk of burning the motor...it is also written in the user manual.
I use it daily for frothing cappuccino and it is perfect...the only problem concerns its stability which is not the best...I use a silicone mat under the device and the instability problem is solved...

Positive:

Quite powerful. The motor seems good because it doesn't get too hot and the machine doesn't shake.

Two speeds.

Metal whisk and cup.

Negative:

The button is not in a good position (at the back and slightly above the base instead of on the top of the frother).

Not very stable, the base is small.

You need to attach a clip (included) to work without the cup.

The reason I give it 4 stars is because I expected the body to be made of steel and not plastic, and at the lowest speed, it doesn't make so much noise. However, so far it seems very good to me and it makes thick foam in a few minutes

I bought it on 10/10/2020 and I use it daily. I don't know if mine has a problem, but it has more or less the same power (on the 2nd level) as a hand frother (with batteries). I expected something better. I do not recommend it for purchase.

Well, it is affordable, it is powerful, it doesn't take up much space, it is lightweight, it doesn't make much noise, it has a long stainless steel mixer which is important, it mixes well.. I hope I helped as soon as I got it..

I bought it about 10 days ago to make frappes at home because the shaker was not working well. It's a very decent product for its price, I think.

Its only weak point may be the "hook" it has to hang and support the cup (which is also stainless steel and very nice) under the mixer. Personally, I don't use it because it's not convenient for me to hang the cup while I'm making coffee. I have installed the special attachment included in the package to disable the safety feature and the motor works without having to hang the cup, I just hold it in my hand for control.

Overall, it is recommended! Enjoy your coffee!

Update (10/9/2021):
I'm deducting one star because after a year, I noticed that the motor's performance drops after a few seconds. I use it for frothing milk, which requires about a minute of mixing to cool down, and now it's not the same as before.

I use it for freddo espresso, basically to crush the ice and it does an excellent job. Comments about 'spilling the coffee' are not true as the accompanying container they give you is very large. The only inconvenience is that it has a safety feature that only deactivates when you place the container, so if you want to crush something outside the container, it is not possible. I have had it for about 1 month and the only thing that concerns me is the fact that it heats up easily

Powerful machine but makes a lot of noise on the high setting. It would be more convenient if the button was higher up or maybe at the top. It is located low on the back side. Overall, it does its job well on the small scale, which is much more powerful than a hand mixer I used before.

After a change with the previous model r-447, which had a problem with the speeds (it had 2 scales, whatever you pressed, it went turbo and threw everything out of the shaker), today we pressed the top model of rohnson. Its stability compared to the previous one is not good at all, it grumbles a little on the first scale, but it makes the coffee I want without much hassle. Shaker made of metal, body made of plastic, all in nickel color. It has a lid in the place where the shaker goes, so that it can be wedged and the motor can work without needing to put the shaker. Light body, I expected a more sturdy construction from its predecessor. We'll see in a month, kids.
