It does not print from the computer when we want it to, but it prints much later. Nevertheless, for its price, it is a good solution.

For the intended use (occasional household and office papers, kids' drawings, etc.), it's fine. Obviously, it's not a professional machine, but for this price, I can say it's a decent choice.

Terrible hp.

Stay away from HP printers. The printer is literally useless with this terrible software that HP has. HP Smart sometimes shows the printer connected and sometimes it doesn't... it doesn't detect printers. 4 different printer cases so far that had the same issue... unbelievable!
