The Gigawatt POWERPRIME is the first model from a new family of power stations that sets trends for future programming concepts that will be launched in our upcoming products.

The POWERPRIME provides effective protection against surges while simultaneously supplying devices with clean, well-filtered energy, making it an essential part of any modern audio/video system.

CONSTRUCTION:

• All components of the device are mounted in a new, rigid steel/aluminum chassis, with a modular structure allowing the assembly of sockets in various standards.
• The casing rests on anti-vibration feet, isolating the device from unwanted interference coming from the ground.
• The new design of the front panel is made from a thick piece of aerospace-grade aluminum, with a surface that, after precise milling, is anodized in two color variations – black or silver.
• There is an indicator for filter activation on the central part of the front panel.
• The device also features a system that indicates incorrect connection to the electrical network.
• The red LED at the back indicates incorrect polarity or incorrect or lack of grounding.
• It contains six G—040 sockets. The copper connections are silver-plated, without the use of intermediate metals.
• It has sockets that have undergone cryogenic treatment and demagnetization.
• The GigaWatt LC-1 EVO power cable is the standard equipment of the POWERPRIME.

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS:

• The POWERPRIME is based on a new RLC filter architecture.
• It does not have traditional protection elements, such as thermal or fuse, that limit current flow.
• Surge protection is provided by a protection block integrated with the filter.
• Its power supplies are built with more advanced components that guarantee comprehensive surge and overcurrent protection.
• Interference suppression is ensured by a filtering system based on premium-grade capacitors and IP filter cores.
• High-power connectors with a large surface area and a capacity of 4000VA.
• The electronic units are soldered with silver and are constructed with very wide conductive surfaces made of copper.
• The internal wiring is based on GigaWatt Powerlink cables.
