Within 1 year and with minimal prints, it starts ghosting. The cost for toner is as much as buying a new printer.

So, every time the ink runs out, you get a new printer, let's say, to have a new machine... Yeah right, why not #NOT

With less than 500 prints, it started ghosting, meaning it produces faded double images. I looked into it and many people have this issue with this model and HP does not provide any solution even though the product is still under warranty!!! And the price went from 160 euros to 220!

I have had it for 2 years with minimal use and it broke. The spare part is not available in Greece and the printer is useless.

It broke down in 13 months with minimal use due to a fault in a spare part for which we are not responsible, and there is no replacement available. The customer support suggested buying a new one, and of course they didn't cover anything because the warranty had expired! Simply unacceptable!

Wherever you say it and don't believe it, there is a shortage of ink 117A color yellow for over a month. So whoever buys it now, when the ink runs out, it's over.

Good, relatively easy to install but with mediocre print quality and fast ink depletion

Very good prints, color and black and white, variety of functions through the application. During the first installation on a PC, it took 2-3 attempts to connect wirelessly, but from then on it works smoothly

In color printing it takes a little longer....
The instructions are not so clear for installation on mobile or computer. Very nice quality, but not so good on the Epiphany with the buttons.

The printer is quite good for home use (maybe even for a small office with a maximum of 3-4 people). Overall, I am very satisfied with its purchase. The only downside is double-sided printing. Since it does not support direct double-sided printing, you need to place the paper in the tray to print on the other side of the paper. It takes a little skill to reposition the paper so that it doesn't get jammed.

edit: I should also note that it tends to consume ink quickly.

Small, high-quality, and easy to install. To help... You go to the HP website from your computer, download the installation file by selecting the model of your printer, and install it... That's it... You print... Either wirelessly or wired. As for the mobile, you download the application and after you have done the above, you simply select the printer... Just simple things

For no reason, I will never go back to inkjet. The performance of its inks cannot be compared. Very easy to set up, you can print directly from your mobile via wifi direct.
