Icel knives are made in Portugal. The Yanagiba knife has a narrow pointed blade and is suitable for slicing most fish. The blade is made of stainless steel (X50Cr MoV15). With a Proflex Plus handle, which makes the knife stable and non-slip during cutting. It is ideal for Asian preparations such as sushi, sashimi, ramen, etc. Perfect for professionals as well as for home use.
Instructions for Use and Care:
- Always cut on a wooden or plastic cutting surface.
- Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame.
- Do not use the knives on frozen foods or for opening containers.
