My main problem was washing/drying. Because the pieces have several cavities, water stays in them and it takes a day to dry. As a result, I don't use it unless the amount I want to cut is large. It requires some relative force, especially when the potato is hard. The residue it leaves behind is easy to clean. Because it needs a sturdy background (e.g. kitchen counter), the cut potatoes come out at the same level and there is no possibility for them to fall into a container or plate. Sometimes you need to pull the cut potatoes by hand.

First, the potatoes should not be too hard because you will have difficulty in cutting them, to the point where the tool will reach its limits and may break. The first time I used potatoes from different producers. With one, I had a lot of difficulty, with the other it almost went on its own. So, you need to be careful about the type and hardness of the potato. There are fresh, juicy ones that can be cut immediately.
Second, it fits small to medium-sized potatoes (whole). The larger ones need to be cut in half. I don't consider it a problem as it produces cut potatoes with a length of 9 centimeters. The slot can accommodate potatoes with dimensions of 9x7x6 centimeters. Although it may seem a bit small at first glance, if you cut them in half, they will be perfect and the potatoes will come out like industrial ones!
Third, the dimensions of the 9x9 and 7x7 holes are sufficient, but I would like it to have a larger size as well. Those who prefer thin potatoes will be thrilled. Those who want slightly thicker potatoes for health reasons, which do not absorb as much oil, will be disappointed. This category should look for a machine with larger holes. In the photos, you can see cut potatoes with dimensions of 9x9. I would have liked it to have 11x11 or slightly larger.
