Very good mandolin given its price. Its construction, although plastic, is of good quality and sturdy. The blade is very sharp and doesn't get stuck on the vegetables I have used it on. The safety guide is also very good as it hooks onto the vegetable. It also has thickness adjustment and the truth is that it produces uniform cuts as long as you don't vary the vertical pressure of your hand too much on the mandolin.

It is quite sharp and easy to clean. The attachments for safe cutting are quite user-friendly. The only negative aspect is the switch for adjusting the thickness.
