    Excellent and VFM product. First of all, I should mention that it has an ON-OFF switch on the back, so it turns off (the back for me is a bit different from the photo in the description here). The beeper is very useful when it reaches the temperature you requested. With the long metal cable, you insert the probe into the meat, set the temperature you want it to reach, and just wait for the beep. Perfect for juicy meat and 100% success!
