The Dunlop BG95 Buddy Guy Signature Wah is very good for muddy (warm) sweet blues. Not all blues subgenres are muddy recordings. I do not recommend it for rock and metal because there a clearer sound is needed. As a sound, it is wonderful/sweet/warm but in rock and metal we need a cleaner sound with stronger high frequencies. It is WRONG to buy something that you will adjust for a long time instead of buying something right WHILE IT EXISTS!
The Dunlop BG95 Buddy Guy Signature Wah is my favorite wah pedal. It has a full-range sound and provides more bass than a regular wah. It suits non-extreme music better, as there are much more extreme wahs available. If you play blues and don't want to drill the audience's ears, buy it without a second thought. If you play metal and are lazy with sound engineering, look for a ready-made extreme pedal like the Wahcko+ - JAM pedals (which I don't like but most people do). Personally, I like it for every genre, it just needs careful balancing for more extreme styles. When you buy it, also purchase some cardboard tape to cover the holes, screws, and logo. Also, buy a dark burgundy or black spray paint, as the swirl design is disgustingly flashy! Pair it with the sweet overdrive: HERMIDA AUDIO DOVER DRIVE | Love Pedal, and the delay pedal: Boss DD-3 or better yet, the Boss DD-7.
