    1. It does not have the accuracy of +-1 degree Celsius consistently, compared to other thermometers (within refrigeration & freezing - minimum freezing setting -20 degrees Celsius). It usually shows about +4 degrees Celsius. Rarely shows correctly.
    2. It is very slow to adjust to the temperature. It can take 1+ hour.
    3. The Minimum/Maximum function does not work correctly. For example, many times it shows the current temperature to be lower than the recorded Minimum indication!

    Overall, it shows depending on its mood... I can't trust it!
