Unfortunately, I will agree with other comments; I came in to compare the experiences of others with our own. When frying, we have a serious problem where it either burns a spot in the middle or just stays on standby until it burns again. It turns off by itself, forcing you to set a timer... I wouldn't recommend it; in my opinion, it's wasted money.
Edit: With a Tefal 24 cm frying pan, it works much better, but it still turns off intermittently, and if you turn it back on, it burns whatever you are frying. It's better to get something economical from here and pair it with good pans for induction cooktops.
Very good product, the 6 options are automated and it has its own timer. If you want more, you can choose the manual mode and the user manual is very clear on how it operates. I am very satisfied and my purchases in small appliances are Tefal, but also in others and they have not caused me any problems
At first, everything was fine, but after a while, it broke. Continuously, a red light would come on and it would display an "E" as if the temperature wasn't working. I would never buy it again.
I have it for about 10 months. Quality-wise, it's fine on the outside. There are many disadvantages, though. It shuts off on its own in 15 minutes and I have to use the timer to prevent it from shutting off on a daily basis. Also, when you have it on high temperature, suddenly it doesn't heat up (disaster for frying). It only heats up 18-20 centimeters in the center. I should mention that I have also used the IKEA one, which was generally better (didn't turn off, didn't lose power), but it burned out after 1.5 years.
Where you want power, energy, and intensity, it cuts! Not only does it cut, it doesn't just lower the intensity, it stops working altogether!! It literally leaves you in the cold of the shower! Therefore, I do not recommend it for frying. You start frying something and end up soaking it in oil. If you want to boil something and simmer it, it's okay. That's it! Unfortunately, I will look for something else.
It is very powerful but it has an Achilles heel... As for frying, due to the thermostat, it stops working and this is a disaster. Its power is admirable when it comes to boiling and the timer is very useful. When purchasing it, Greek instructions are required.
I have it to mainly boil vegetables, it seems fine to me even though I'm not an expert, it has many programs and you can choose the time you want each program to operate, I haven't cooked food, but I have fried a steak and I think it is weak for frying
