The doctor's approach gives a new dimension to dieting. For me, it had results and without depriving myself of anything. I didn't need to create a different diet from my family's, nor did I have to spend unreasonable amounts on special foods. In the book, it is repeatedly stated that the protein foods it recommends provide 0 calories due to insulin. Completely false!! ALL foods have a caloric load, especially dairy products, processed meats, mayonnaise, and other nonsense it suggests. Main question: Is he really a doctor? Essentially, what he does is attribute a caloric deficit, whether you have diabetes or not, to weight loss, and all the other things he tells us are nonsense! The book and the diet are a waste of money. Under no circumstances.
It is important before you start doing tests and body fat measurements to know what is happening in your body. Personally, I started at 97 kilograms and reached 77 in 5 months, along with intense exercise. With the doctor's diet, I managed to lose 25 kilograms of fat and gain 5 kilograms of muscle mass and increase water levels. Exactly what the book promises.
I bought the book, I read it, but I couldn't follow the diet. The monotony of the breakfast is simply exhausting. It's not possible to only eat eggs and cheese. I don't know if it has any results because it tired me out in 10 days
5 months after purchasing the book, I can confidently say that this specific diet is effective.
I won't say it's easy because, like any diet, it requires changes in the daily routine of whoever follows it. I just want to mention that after the first challenging 10 days, the diet incorporates the so-called detox days (1-2 per week) which break the routine of the protein-based breakfast, and this helps a lot.
Also, even though I'm not a fan of reading books, I have read this particular book twice until today because it has practical advice for all stages of the diet.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try a diet.

It says that you can eat for breakfast and until one o'clock only cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and mayonnaise as much as you want. I really don't know how this doctor thinks it is possible and right for someone to eat as much as they want of these fatty unhealthy foods every day for breakfast. I find it tiring and monotonous to eat only cheeses and ham every day without bread or other options. It's like nibbling on and on just to satisfy yourself, like eating a kilo of Gouda. The main reason I didn't like his diet is this. Furthermore, you have to eat every two to three hours in small amounts and it's binding.
