It matched my damaged, very thin and dyed hair. I apply it after washing with the pomegranate shampoo from the same company, with which I saw a difference. It requires a small amount. Avocado works wonders on dryness in general. I consider this company to offer decent, natural products at a good price

I haven't had it for long, but it is very watery. I don't feel the nourishment that I expected on my hair, and I need a considerable amount to meet the needs of my long hair. I have tried much better creams at a similar price. I do not recommend it
