Tooth design with variable design of 4-6 teeth per inch at a 10° angle that offers the following advantages:

• Faster and more aggressive cutting.
• Improved heat dispersion during cutting for maintaining sharp teeth.
• Deeper curved notches for effective chip removal.
• Special tooth shape angle with less stress for engagement in thin materials.
• Alternative tooth positioning for minimized binding and friction.
• Requires less feed pressure.

The toothed surface of the hole saw is made from Matrix II high-speed steel, with 8% cobalt, maintaining its hardness at high temperatures. Bi-metal construction with teeth welded to the steel body. The teeth are hardened in a vacuum to 65 HRC.

Ideal for cutting difficult materials such as stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, as well as softer materials like wood.

The base of the hole saw is made from thick steel to prevent distortion during use, providing strength and stability.

A four-pin guide for easy shaft positioning and a perfectly designed round base, important for large diameter hole saws.

These hole saws are suitable for use with handheld drills and column drills (manual feed only).
