The tooth protection geometry provides very durable and long-lasting teeth. Multiple leverage points for quick material removal from the hole saw. Deep access for removing thick plugs and high access for thin materials.

Tooth Design:

• Through a variable design of 4-6 teeth per inch with a 10° bevel angle, faster and more aggressive cutting is achieved.
• Improved heat dispersion during cutting ensures sharp teeth for a longer time.
• Deeper curved notches provide more effective chip removal.
• Special tooth shape angle minimizes the tendency to bind.
• Teeth are arranged alternately for less binding and friction.
• Requires less feed pressure due to the aggressive tooth geometry.

The toothed surface of the hole saw is made from high-speed steel Matrix II. The Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt and maintains its original hardness at high temperatures. Bi-metal construction with teeth welded to the low-alloy steel body.

The base of the hole saw is made of thick steel, adding strength and stability, minimizing vibrations. It includes a four-pin guide for easy positioning of the shaft and perfectly designed round base.
