Tooth design with a variable configuration of 4-6 teeth per inch and a 10° slant angle that offers:

• Faster and more aggressive cutting.
• Improved heat dissipation during cutting, ensuring that the teeth stay sharp for a longer time.
• Deeper fluted grooves for more effective chip removal, preventing any binding and heat buildup.
• Special tooth shape angle that has less tendency to bind in thin materials.
• Teeth arranged alternately to minimize binding and friction.
• Requires less feed pressure due to aggressive tooth geometry and good material removal.

The toothed surface of the hole saw is made from Matrix II type high-speed steel, which contains 8% cobalt. This allows the teeth to maintain their hardness at high working temperatures during metal cutting use.

Bi-metal construction with high-speed steel teeth welded to a low-alloy steel body. The teeth are hardened in a vacuum at 65 HRC and 600°C for maximum durability.

Ideal for cutting tough and hard materials such as stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, as well as softer materials like wood.

The base of the hole saw is made from thick steel to prevent bending during use. The thick base adds strength and stability, minimizing vibrations.

Four-point guide for easy placement of the shaft and perfectly designed round base for large diameter hole saws.

High-quality manufacturing techniques ensure rotational accuracy, suitable for use with hand drills and column drills (manual feed only).
