The Hole Dozer™ offers exceptional durability and long-lasting use thanks to its tooth protection geometry. It features multiple leverage points for quick removal of material from the hole saw, while its deep access facilitates the extraction of thick plugs.

The tooth design includes a variable 4-6 teeth per inch configuration with a 10° pitch angle, providing faster and more aggressive cutting. The improved heat dispersion during cutting ensures the teeth remain sharp for longer periods.

The toothed surface of the hole saw is made from Matrix II high-speed steel, which contains 8% cobalt for maintaining hardness even at high temperatures. Its bi-metallic construction provides maximum strength and durability.

The base of the hole saw is constructed from heavy-gauge steel, ensuring that holes do not elongate during use. The four-pin guide facilitates easy alignment of the shank, while the round base is ideal for large diameter hole saws.
