  Excellent book. The author, with detail and incredible accuracy in the memory of times and events, conveys a history of unbelievable action and continuous development. Vasilis Palaiokostas managed, through his rebellious nature, to earn the respect even of the toughest bodies of the police to the point of personal entertainment and pleasure. Unfortunately, it is a faithful depiction of Greek reality with a legal system that not only is not blind but sees everything naturally with the necessary economic price. A society exposed to the desires of the powerful and the state-fed officials who exploit the poor Psorokostaina as much as they can every day. Wealth, power, key positions in the hands of unskilled party-affiliated people who do everything for a few extra crumbs.
  Bravo to Vasilis for his insightful perspective on things. A rare person, a rare Greek, who of course we should not forget his illegal nature but never harmed anyone. Unfortunately, the consequences of the policies imposed on us by our leaders are more destructive, taking the form of slow, painful death, especially for young people.
  Read this particular book, it will open your eyes with a truly timely and timeless perspective.

  I bought the book for the robberies kidnappings escapes (which will only leave you complaining), and yet the description of the trip to China was the highlight for me. The man did a great job.
