Unfortunately, the diameter of the cooking surface is not 20cm, but that is the size of the top part. Be careful, it is not suitable for a satisfactory quantity, but for a small one.   At first, I was impressed with the pan, nothing stuck to it and it still doesn't stick, meaning cleaning is easy, just with kitchen paper. I never washed it in the dishwasher and always used silicone tools to avoid scratching it. I have had it for about a month and at some point, I noticed that the exterior color starts fading. I wipe it externally with paper and the color easily comes off on the paper, and the issue gets worse when the pan is hot after use.
