4 stars because I am generally satisfied, but sometimes (rarely, but it happens) when I want to scroll down with the wheel, it does some strange up and down movements on the page. Also, suddenly and for no reason, it started registering one click as two clicks, which is incredibly annoying, but it was fixed when I unplugged and plugged back in the USB. I haven't had it for even 2 weeks.

UPDATE: Searching on the internet, I found that the problem can be easily solved by downgrading the mouse firmware. It is a common issue and the process is described by Corsair themselves in the link below. Since I did this, I haven't had any problems.

  I have had this particular mouse for about 4 years and it hasn't had any issues! I would definitely recommend it, especially for this price (around 25-30). Obviously, all reviews are subjective, so let me share my personal experience as well. I bought this mouse mainly because of its simplicity and elegance, and also because I didn't want to go for a more expensive Corsair model. I use it on my desktop all day, occasionally for gaming. After 1 year, being completely satisfied, I recommended it to two of my friends who also bought it. One of them managed to break it in less than a year, using it on a laptop without even gaming, the right click didn't work and the cable didn't make contact. The other friend has been using it for 3 years now, with much more gaming usage than me, and is also satisfied. In fact, we are considering buying two more of the same mouse as backups, to replace them when all devices eventually break. What I want to say is that it depends a lot on the usage, okay, unless the product is defective from the beginning, that's another issue. With proper use and care, the mouse works perfectly, for example, after 4 years, it feels like I just took it out of the box. Whether it is truly "indestructible" is perhaps too early to answer, I have seen indestructible mice that still work after 15 years of gaming, maybe I'll come back in another 5 years. But it certainly does what it's intended to do, and for this price, yes, I would recommend it for light to moderate gaming and desktop use.

  I bought this mouse to replace a Logitech one that I had for 7-8 years. It was pretty good, but despite light use, the scroll stopped responding within a very short period of time. Therefore, due to its tragically limited durability, I can't give it more than 2 stars. I will go back to Logitech.

I can say that it is quite durable, the sliders underneath have worn out a bit, making it move more easily, but I believe it is a problem with my mousepad. All of its buttons work perfectly. However, what I don't like is how little it supports my hand, only half of my palm is on the mouse and my hand rests on the desk, and I always have to move it with my wrist, which becomes a bit tiring after a while.

  After 1 year of use, I can say that the mouse has been excellent. No issues with clicks or the scroll wheel so far, and also no chipping or color fading. The iCUE software needed to adjust the RGB and DPI could be a bit more user-friendly, but it does its job just fine.

  Update:
  Just encountered a problem with the left click, most of the time it double-clicks. Unfortunately, it's disappointing... From gaming to my work, this particular issue is one of the worst.

  Update v.02:
  One day after the previous update regarding the double-clicking, the problem fixed itself. After some research, it might have been a software issue. So if you encounter this problem, try rolling back the iCUE software or be patient for 1-2 days to see if it improves.

  I have had it for four years and I use it daily for hours since my work is done on a computer. It is one of the best mice I have tried in terms of ergonomics and durability, although I would prefer it to be slightly heavier. If the scroll wheel gets stuck after years (which is normal for all mice as hair and dust accumulate in the corresponding relay), open it, clean the hair, and spray oil on the relay on one side, and it will be like new again!

  In my life, I have used many mice, both branded and non-branded. I usually use Razer because they suit me better, but now I decided to switch to Corsair because I had issues with Razer, as well as the well-known problem of the scroll wheel and/or double clicking.

  This particular mouse has been used literally for TWO hours, just for installing Windows, etc., because I built a complete setup for someone else. To my incredible surprise, the mouse started to double click on the left button now, on the 3rd time I opened the computer (and without even getting dusty). No matter how likely it is for something like this to happen with any mouse, it is NOT justified to happen so quickly. The only thing it shows me is that the build quality is obviously excessively low, especially for Corsair...

  As for the mouse in general, it has a comfortable grip if you don't have large hands and don't use a full palm grip, good tracking, and relatively pleasant sound.

  As additional negatives, I would mention the cable, which is very inflexible, and the sound of the scroll wheel, which doesn't resemble anything of quality.

  Personally, I got it for €19.90 on Black Friday, but even if it gets fixed/replaced and even if it happened only to this specific one, I simply regret not going for the Viper Mini.

  All in all, I believe it's not worth it. Whether for €25+ or for €20 on sale.

  EDIT: Half an hour after I wrote the review, the left click now doesn't work at all 1 out of 5 times. Draw your own conclusions...
