Baileys (Irish Cream Liqueur) is an Irish liqueur that was first created in 1974. This smooth drink is based on Irish traditions of dairy products and distillation and took over four years to perfect.
It is the ultimate blend of smooth Irish cream and triple-distilled Irish whiskey. Baileys is dominated by flavors and aromas of vanilla, chocolate, and caramel.
You can enjoy it neat, in your favorite coffee, or over vanilla ice cream.

You taste the alcohol just enough, a note of almond comes and in the end it leaves the sweetness of cream. That's what I taste. It is very enjoyable and I prefer it in a couple of shots whenever I feel like it.
