Especially in fruit puree, it fits perfectly, making it even more delicious and rich, and it thickens it if it's too runny. The fact that it contains no sugar is a positive too!

For us, it caused great difficulty in bowel movements when we used it frequently! It needs to be used only once or twice a week!
