Remote Control

Height adjustment

After 2 years of use, for me the fan is very noisy. Its motor is powerful but definitely the 3 only levels it has are unfair to the whole system because after the first level the other two don't let you have peace and quiet. There are definitely other quieter ones because I happen to have one of them (with the same wattage and with 6 levels). If I were to buy it again now, definitely not

It doesn't seem cheaper than before, and the price seems reasonable compared to the distant 2012. Easy to set up and fully functional remote, and quiet. It feels like it hasn't been a day. I'm waiting for it to keep me cool on the couch while I watch a movie if the temperature rises a bit before I go out on the balcony! Anyway, I wouldn't waste the coolness of the summer breeze...

The new one has also started acting up in the second summer. The keys do not follow the commands and it opens and closes on its own. At first, the first setting seemed powerful to me. When the weather got really hot, the second setting was okay and I used it more. I was initially surprised by the bottom part of the base, which seemed a bit odd because it is made of recycled materials, but it doesn't look noticeable at all when it's standing. Good choice. Edit August 2018. The fan stopped working as mentioned by someone else here, it seems like the motor is broken and it smells burnt. It worked for two to three summers, but I can't recommend it anymore because I had a fan that lasted for 30 years with the same motor. It wasn't even the cheapest at 60 euros, enough with the Chinese products. Of course, it's no longer under warranty, so...

I would recommend it for a classic fan with a sturdy base that won't break. I had bought a cheap one before and the capacitor burned out and the poor base broke. So I preferred this one and I am satisfied.
