Description

Professional electric single fryer FL10 by NORTH, entirely made of stainless steel. It is fully equipped with well-designed mechanical systems. Its 10kW power makes it powerful and easy to use with immediate response and stabilization of the oil temperature after operation, thanks to the well-thought-out placement of the resistances. It is controlled by a thermostat with an adjustable temperature up to 190°C, placed at the front to be protected from heating, steam, and oils that come out during operation. Cleaning is made easy as it has a tap for oil drainage and easy access to the tank with tilting resistances. It allows you to fry various products quickly, with consistent quality & low consumption.
