    It dries matte, but after 1.5 hours it starts to appear oily depending on the weather. Of course, I have combination to oily skin and this happens with any matte product I use. It absorbs quickly and doesn't irritate. It doesn't leave a white cast and I consider it to provide satisfactory protection, as I saw a big difference on my face compared to my body after a long day in the sun.
