It's worthless. I bought 2 for the vacation home and the house. One broke internally after a year and a half. I went and got another one, and the valve broke internally, and even when it's closed, water is running. Practically 1 out of 3 works. Get something else.

Because I read comments about the duration of watering, I would like to add the following. For the 3 minutes that someone wants to water, obviously it refers to potted plants. Did you find this review helpful?It has VERY limited programming capabilities. Meaning, it has 3 minutes of watering that can only be set for 12 or 24 hours. If someone wants to water day by day for 3 minutes, which is the most commonly used setting, it is not possible. It then jumps to 10 minutes for 48 hours, which flooded everything! It also has 10 minutes for 72 hours, which is too much. In the end, it is useless but it is well built! It's a joke
