So-so.. to go up and down, I broke the plastic inside with a blade.... indeed, it has a small range in the up and down movement..... it's not the most sturdy.... the rubber balls they have for stoppers... they wear out quite quickly.... I've replaced them 10 times and the top part has consumed a lot of eraser
Let's go to the 5 years I've had it now without anything changing. I didn't buy it from Skroutz but I'm leaving a review in case it helps someone. The weight is 1/1 compared to a gym which is usually 2/1 or 2.5/1. Personally, in lifts, I have 200 on the pulley, I haven't put over 60. The manufacturer in the manual states 120 kg resistance.. Quite sufficient. Two years, three people using it daily.. On the axis, like every pulley of this kind, it needs oil. It's better to use grease for mechanical use. For the range of motion for someone tall, it's a small thing that changes by adding a couple of hooks or trying at what height it will go into the wall. I have put a wooden block at the bottom so that it is not in the air but is supported by both the wall and the floor. Spare parts are very cheap abroad, 4 pulleys for ten euros.. I haven't changed anything in two years. Very satisfied..
It is decent, but I don't know if it's worth the money.... Personally, I was bothered by the fact that it has limited range of motion. If you try to do headstands, it barely reaches the top to stop, and the other negative aspect was that it didn't slide at all. I used WD40 and it did the job, otherwise it wouldn't go up or down at all... but overall, it's good. *****(I should mention that a screw was missing)*****
