Good for its price. I use it for running. It provides some support, and for 50 minutes of running, it didn't move out of place. It's quite thin, and during running, it makes some slight creases that don't cause any issues. With five times the price, you can find something more sturdy and thicker that doesn't crease (e.g., McDavid 401). Absolutely satisfactory, it warms up slightly, does what it needs to do, and saves you from injuries. If washed, it takes a bit longer to dry.
I recommend it.

The only serious problem is that it takes a long time to dry because it contains cotton. If you want to run for two consecutive days, it won't have dried in one day, especially now in November. You'll need a second one, or you won't wash it (which of course isn't an option after a run)
Good quality knee brace but slips a lot. I tied it with a bandage on top to keep it in place, but still had no result. The size was correct, so for people who want to wear it for sports or walking long distances, I don't think it is suitable.
Easy application, they come out and go back in easily even when sweaty. Quite flexible. I thought that due to the price they would be fake, but I was proven wrong. They are worth it.
My mother has a knee circumference of 39.5, so I had to choose size L, which is half a centimeter larger. However, influenced by the reviews that were borderline for size L, we got size M and it fits her perfectly, without being too tight. Maybe someone who is more athletic should get size L.
We got it for varicose veins, as sometimes it is difficult for her to wear compression stockings up to the thigh. So she easily wears compression stockings up to the knee with a zipper and then the knee pads.
The upper part of the knee pad (where the label is) is wider than the lower part. The fabric on the knee pad is narrower to allow for joint flexion. Swiss company with production in Bulgaria. Very good price. The translation into Greek with medical terms is very good and not Google translate. I include it and it states where the knee pad is recommended.

It's worth its money. It's not suitable for running as it easily slips off the knee. For hiking, get a smaller size. I measured the dimensions exactly on the knee and chose a smaller size. For boxing, gardening, or digging, it's perfect for knee support.
I was torn between medium and large and I got the large but unfortunately it was borderline too big. However, because I liked it and couldn't exchange it, I also bought the medium and it ended up fitting much better. I was looking for something to wear all day without being bothered and it's great. The price is very good for what it offers. Don't hesitate, the cost is low and it's very good.
Very good knee brace. I chose it and I don't regret it. I measured the circumference of my knee and chose size M. It holds the knee very firmly, it doesn't move from its position (I have tested it for up to an hour of running) and overall it is very good quality for the money it costs. I haven't washed it yet to see how durable it is, but for the almost 6 euros it costs, it is impeccable!
