I don't know what happened, but mine was losing air; within one night, from being fully inflated, it had lost enough air that we were touching the ground lightly

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because in terms of comfort, you won't be disappointed and you'll have a blast. However, it is an inflatable mattress, so with that in mind, I consider it quite comfortable, at least if you find it with the right air pressure, not overinflated or deflated. On the other hand, in terms of size, it is quite generous. As a family of three, we all slept comfortably together without feeling cramped at all. The only issue with the size, especially if you're taking it for camping, is that if the tent is not large enough, it is very likely that it won't fit inside or won't fit through the entrance. Preferably, inflate it inside the tent. The built-in pillow on the top, I can't say it's a good pillow in any case, but if you don't want to carry pillows and you're not particularly picky about pillows, it is definitely better than having none at all. Overall, considering the price and the size, I believe it is a good purchase and worth its money.

We went camping for the first time and chose this mattress. Fortunately, it turned out to be good. It has the size we need (for 2 parents and a 9.5-year-old child). It is relatively comfortable even though it loses a little air over the days (we went camping for 20 days), but it didn't bother us because if it was fully inflated, it would be hard and I don't know if it would be as comfortable and there would be a fear of it bursting. With its first use, we are satisfied. Let's hope it will withstand the test of time and not just for one summer

From the first moment I inflated it, I noticed that it had a big hole in the middle. I immediately called the company and they told me to contact the Intex dealership. After three days of calling and no one answering, they finally told me that it was impossible for it to have a hole and that I must have punctured it myself. Eventually, they came and patched it up because they couldn't replace it. They insisted that I had caused the hole!! After the patch, it hasn't had any major issues. Overall, it is a nice and comfortable mattress, but Intex products often come out defective even before you use them. I had the same experience with an Intex pool.
