  The camera was purchased on 5/4/2023. From the very beginning and with a bad manual, we tried to activate it. It does not have the ability to work on 5g, so someone configures it at a lower speed to make it work. Despite the connection attempts and following the very poor information of the supposed manual, the camera does not maintain any connection. In the few moments it responded, it showed a very poor image and with a delay. Therefore, getting the camera to synchronize is a difficult step, as well as keeping the parameters. On the other hand, while technology advances, it asks us to be in an outdated speed environment if we want it to function. Excessively high purchase price for a product that does not meet expectations.
  After countless attempts to connect it to the mobile phone, and after trying different mobile companies, there was no connection. Unfortunately, the product is problematic. Perhaps the worst choice. It's a shame because the people who own it were helpful, but the product itself does not respond to any action.
