Pitsi Pitsou, the island of Pitsimpouins, is the safest yet most mysterious island in the world.  At school today, the schedule includes swimming in Lake Lampiko. When the Pitsimpouins arrive there, they are met with a big surprise. The lake does not have a drop of water!  Little Blue, the island's only detective, and his friends must hurry if they want to solve their first mystery.
