For the 3/5 rating:
1. The reason I bought it was for the TV remote/decoder in one. I tried three different remotes (two TVs). It either doesn't recognize the frequencies or finds them incorrectly. One is a classic LG LCD a bit older (those without their own decoder, of course, that's why I bought it). It simply doesn't work as a TV remote for me.
2. In some places where I placed it, it completely loses the signal for unknown reasons and when it loses it in HDMI, it makes an incredible crackling noise (sound from the TV) that scared me that it would break. The position is above a closed DVD. So sensitive? Without any protection? I didn't understand what affected it. The metal case of the DVD? Magnetism? Literally, it worked 3 centimeters closer. In the end, I put it on a shelf below.
3. The image through SCART has a large crop/cut on the sides, so much so that it almost cuts off the letters/signal from channels. Unacceptable! I tried it with two other decoders I have, none of them have such a large cut and they are 3-4 years older.

First assessment: If you simply want it for HDMI connection, the performance is simple-good. Not for SCART because it cuts off the image too much.

EDIT 02.11.2020: After about a year of use, it still works with all its functions. After a lot of effort, it was "copied" from the TV's functions and now works as a dual remote control.

EDIT 25.09.2021: In about two years, it started acting strange. The buttons on the remote control show their wear and are almost ready to break and come off. Sometimes it doesn't respond to commands (the light on the remote control doesn't even turn on) and sometimes even if it gives a command, it doesn't execute it. I have to press some other buttons (randomly) to unstick it and make it respond again.

EDIT 01.09.2023: The previous receiver, which I described above, has been devalued in about 2-2.5 years, but let's say it did its job, albeit with difficulty. I bought the same one again (maybe it has some minor differences), but the description of its capabilities still applies: Excessive crop in the image. With a little attention/patience, it can be copied to be used as a TV remote control. I have had this one for about 1-1.5 years now, it has survived somewhat better, but the buttons either started acting up or the battery loses/makes contact because it stops responding to commands and with a little pressure-shaking, it comes back. Finally, the second one I bought has the same issue with program display. Suddenly it can lose the information, you can't see what program is playing in the info or in the EPG (weekly program). It requires a restart to come back. The previous one did this in random cases.

..For your beloved parent who usually sits on the couch, in the chair, and wants to watch TV without getting confused with many remotes and buttons and occasionally forgets.. it's good.. Whoever understood, understood..
