    There are literally no cons for this arm, apart from the price, which, in case you are using an expensive monitor, it can be justified.

    - Can easily handle ultrawides, ergotron has a great compatability tool on their site.
    - Great and fast adjustability. Zero struggles to keep the monitor in place even on low spring tensions.
    - Easy to assemble and disassemble (no desk damage).
    - 10 Year Warranty.

    After 3 months with the arctic wall mount W1-3d, I switched to this one because it couldn't hold my screen straight. Ultrawide 34 asus pg34q. Always tightening and the monitor would always fall down. After searching everywhere for reviews and deciding to get it, I have to say the following. Very sturdy construction. After a lot of tightening, nothing moves. It has incredible adjustment to go up and down smoothly, hard until it doesn't move at all. Super stability. The desk used is 3.5 centimeters thick. Its base tightens and fits perfectly. There is also an alternative solution inside the box for those who want to drill the desk and place it without searching for an angle. The cable management is very helpful. It does its job incredibly well up to 34 inches. From reviews abroad, I read that it comfortably accommodates up to 38 inches. I would buy it again without hesitation.
