Throwing away money, it takes a long time to take a photo when it detects motion, resulting in the shot always being empty. No matter what batteries you put in, they run out very quickly, especially if you set it to record video, and it needs 8! When you send it to send you a snapshot, it sometimes does it, sometimes it doesn't. 110€ is way too much for its quality and capabilities.

I couldn't set it up myself and sent it to the store to have it set up. When I tried to record something passing by, it recorded empty footage (it didn't have time) and when I passed by with a vehicle several times, it didn't record me even once. I wasted 100€.

The settings for sending photos via email are similar to the HC-300M (it takes a little getting used to the settings at first and having basic computer knowledge).
Also, better image quality, better motion sensor response, and the camera is more waterproof (it has the screen internally).For now, I haven't found anything negative. I will come back if I encounter a problem.
For the few extra bucks that the 801M costs compared to the 300, it's definitely worth it.
