I got them from the German guy in my area for 30€. Awesome headphones! They have very high volume, clear sound, excellent bass, and the battery seems to never run out. After 4 hours of gaming and another hour of music, they were at 50% and went down to 49%. I will buy them again and again!

For their price and brand, they are unacceptable. When the battery runs out and closes, it shuts down without warning you. The magnet that holds them is weak. The main issue is that after 2 months of use, the button that answers calls does not work, so it needs to be serviced. If they cost 10 euros, okay. But they definitely do not deserve the money or their brand. (I had the Huawei AM61 before - 2 years and they didn't have any issues with heavy use). They are good, but for someone who doesn't use headphones all day and doesn't use them continuously. I expected much better quality.

Unacceptable. I have been using Sony wired handfree for 10 years for calls and music. My new phone doesn't have a jack port, so I had to switch to wireless. I wonder how Sony launched such a product. The left one makes noise in the bass, the headphones have a delay compared to the clicking sound, they echo. I sent them for repair or replacement to Sony after 2 days, thinking that I received faulty ones. A young person from the service called me and basically told me that the headphones are fine and that this is the level of their design quality. They returned them to me with a courier and went straight to the trash. I didn't expect this from a company that I have been using for so many years.

The battery is a beast to the point where you forget they are wireless.... They sit around the neck, which is good because it reduces the chances of losing them. They come with 3 sizes of ear cushions (2 extra and 1 on them). They connect seamlessly with my computer, which has a Bluetooth adapter, without interruptions and with my phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T 5G). If your budget is very limited and you want headphones with a great battery and VERY decent sound, then these are for you!

One area that could use improvement is the length of the cable behind the neck. It is quite long, resulting in the two "bars" hanging low close to the body. As a result, if you lean forward or if there is wind, for example, both "bars" may come off from one side and then you have to fix them again. It would be helpful if there was a clip or something to keep them in place so it wouldn't be such a problem.
Just for this reason alone, I wouldn't recommend them to someone else, but maybe I am just being too picky.

What can I say about the headphones? Let me start with the positives.
For their price (35+ euros), they have satisfactory to good sound quality. You can enjoy music with them, they also fit well in the ears, so they are very good for multimedia. They also sound decent during calls. Not as loud as needed, but manageable. And if we consider the battery life, it looks exceptional.
Why does it look exceptional? And it's not?
Because you have to listen to music while staying still. For example, if you are riding a motorcycle and someone calls you, they won't hear you because the microphone makes too much noise. On the other hand, if you are moving (e.g. walking), the headphones slip. Especially if you are listening in mono and the other earphone is hanging. Luckily, I found an old headphone clip and I stabilize the right earphone on my shirt. Sony mentioned something about fast charging. Yeah, right. It doesn't work. So when the battery runs out, you need a 2.5-hour charge.
As it is evident, the positives have run out. A long time ago.
The main problem is the loss of connection with the mobile phone. You sit there and read about BT 5.0 protocols and all that stuff. You have a Samsung flagship (Note 9) with the same BT protocol and... well, what a surprise. They disconnect out of nowhere. Just because the headphones want it that way. If they remain inactive for a certain period of time (approximately an hour), they shut down as they please. As if I asked them to save battery. Also, they can be active, show as connected, and when the phone rings, you are left hanging. And it happens even if you are at home or at work, as if it doesn't matter. But hey, Sony, I can be driving. And I don't want to hold my phone. I even reset my phone... Yeah, right... I even searched for any Sony apk... Yeah, right...
I fell into Sony's trap before with the SBH54. It was all honey and nothing from the frying pan. Again, a huge problem with disconnections and all that. I decided to give them a second chance with more affordable headphones. What a shame.
The only thing worth mentioning about the headphones is their color and the good sound quality for music (and the battery life). But in 2020, buying Bluetooth headphones that disconnect and don't do their basic job properly, for which they are sold, the only thing they deserve is the trash can.
