Unfortunately, the transformer broke twice in one month. With an extra 20 euros, I can get a Fisher Price that can withstand much more weight and doesn't have such problems. Also, the belt it has doesn't hold the child securely. You have to be on top of them all the time. The fabric is completely plastic. Very poor quality for its price.
Overall, it is a good construction that takes up moderate space and does what it promises. Our baby sits comfortably until now, weighing 5 kilograms, and the rocking helps him sleep. The sounds it has are a plus, although there is no option to choose exactly what will be heard, just a continuous repetition of a few specific sounds. On the negative side, the transformer broke in the first week without much use. Also, it is not easy to change the reclining positions of the back, as it needs to be unscrewed and screwed back in another position. Some attention is needed during assembly, as the instructions are not clear and the fabric only fits if the iron bars are slightly folded and not stretched as recommended. For its price, it is a decent choice and personally, I would recommend it.
Excellent as a swing, our little one loves it.
You have 3 angle options and 3 speed options for swinging, as well as music.
The fabric is washable and ironable, and it is very convenient to touch and buckle the baby.
The batteries don't last very long, so I recommend using rechargeable ones.
The legs fold and it can be stored in a corner without being completely open.
I deducted one star for two reasons:
- The fabric is not easy to remove for frequent washing, it requires a screwdriver, and
- Our little one, with abrupt movements, manages to move the swing a lot, depending on the surface it is placed on (e.g. tiles). We put non-slip material under the legs for safety. This is a big problem as the baby's safety is at stake if you want to set it up on a table, for example, and not on the floor.
