    At 2 it keeps warm and at 3 it does the job. I saved myself from the hot water bottle and relaxed. It shuts off by itself after 90 minutes and you can sleep with it. It keeps a little warm for another 2 hours after it shuts off. Anyone with a back or neck problem should have it. It saves lives.
