I haven't had the chance to use it much. I made dough for panettone and although it is a very sturdy construction, when the dough was initially thicker, the whole machine was shaking on the counter and I didn't expect that, for such an expensive machine! ... it disappointed me a bit, that's why only 4 stars.
Ok, Kitchenaid is in a league of its own. I have changed all my equipment with its products and I am satisfied
For some reason, it appeared to me as an advertisement on my mobile and I was shocked because I have had it for over 8 years and I thought it would have been discontinued as a model!
What can I say now, the machine is simply taken from another era, it doesn't break, it doesn't freeze, beautiful, sturdy, we have made countless cakes, sweets, bread, and we continue.
I recommend it with closed eyes, immortal construction.
It is an amazing machine. Excellent build quality. We have had it for 1 year now and use it relatively regularly, mainly for bread dough. It does indeed heat up well for bread dough specifically, I believe it is not something that appears over time but rather its construction. Its price has increased compared to last year, but it is worth buying... maybe not at the current price but it is truly an investment!
The only problem after five years of use, mainly for doughs, is that it heats up excessively. However, it doesn't wear out at all.
I have it for 4 years and it's a beast.. mainly I make dough and cakes there.. very good mixing of ingredients in the dough and the fact that it is low wattage is responsible for that. Expensive indeed but you get what you pay for in the end... If you have the money to spend, blindly ONLY Kitchenaid
