It could have been cheaper, it doesn't have a very strong airflow, you need to have it close to you to feel the coolness. I bought it for 25 euros
Unfortunately, the fan does not cool even at 1 meter. I will try changing the blade (as mentioned by a user below) to see if it finally does the job. The construction seems sturdy.
The performance/airflow of the fan at 1.5m is insufficient to non-existent, essentially you have to hug it to cool off!! If you find it for around 20 bucks for a small house, okay... not more than that.
No matter how close you have it, it doesn't cool. It is incredibly weak even on the 3rd setting. It's a shame because it seems okay in terms of construction, but I lent it to my father and he told me the same thing, so I guess I'm not the only one who noticed. It doesn't cool at all and it's noisy. Money wasted. I bought it thinking it was good, but next time I will probably choose one of the cheap ones we knew for so many years. The ones that give you pneumonia on the 3rd setting. At least you have the option to get pneumonia. While with this one here...
There is a manufacturing flaw in the fan. Its blades are so flexible, as you can see in the photo, that during operation it creates oscillation and produces noise. All of this happens at the low setting. When you replace the blade with a rigid one, the fan transforms into a different product. It becomes excellent and silent. You don't even need to put it on 2 or 3.
I consider that even at the lowest setting, it makes noise and definitely not suitable for the bedroom if you want to sleep. Its blade is made of plastic. I compare this fan to a similar one I had until last year with a metal blade at the same price, and it made less noise.
I have had it since last year when I bought it for about €35. It is quiet, although I only use it on the first setting and it covers me well. It does the job perfectly and is a good choice for a low-cost purchase.
You can buy it for 30 euros with your eyes closed. I bought 2. The construction is of good quality and the assembly is easy. It is very powerful, usually I have it in 1st gear. I remove one star for the noise, which is not excessively annoying, but it is enough.
Very good fan with quality construction and I would characterize it as a value for money product, no comparison to 20 euro no-name fans.
Very stable base (In general, the tray base is a much better choice than the classic 4 legs).
Now let's talk about the noise.
Speaking in terms of data, the fan was measured at the first scale and has a sensitivity of 50 dB.
It is quite noisy, so you can't call it quiet for when you sleep. (Personally, I didn't have a problem)
But I should note that it is not annoying because you can't hear the motor at all, but for some reason, it is very powerful in its performance at the first scale (like the second scale on another regular fan) and that's why you can hear the blades and it doesn't have lower noise levels.
So if you want the quietest fan, No, it won't suit you.
But in terms of its price, there is no better quality product with a 5-year warranty.
I bought it last summer and it has been very useful. It sounds a bit low, but I have no problem at all. It's worth the money, it's great, and I believe this specific brand is very good
We hastily purchased this particular product and I believe it was one of the worst purchases I have made. A lot of noise for nothing. It cannot cool even a 15 sqm bedroom. Incredibly noisy. It seems to have good construction. Stable and easy to assemble. I do not recommend it as a product. Very low performance.
