the worst thing ever....... anyone who wants a machine for everyday use stay away from here.... (second machine broke down, doesn't complete the coffee and turns off) the first one was under warranty and got replaced.... the second one had the same problem..... Stay away........
The coffee maker has many pros but one significant negative aspect, the lid has a plastic tongue that gets stuck on top and doesn't allow the coffee to flow no matter what you do, as time goes by it gets even more stuck and doesn't flow at all. Also, I contacted the company for a replacement and it arrived after 2 months. On the pros side, the aroma function makes a very strong coffee, better than similar ones in its category. The sound it makes during operation is relatively mild and the coffee production is fast.
I, for one, have no bad experience with the machine. However, be careful as there are second-grade and quality coffee machines circulating in the market. The coffee production is very fast and the difference from the old one (which as a model is new but was upgraded due to a malfunction) makes better coffee. The quality of the materials is superior. The flow could have been better, but it uses the smallest possible diameter to prevent heat loss. When the lights blink, it needs descaling, but it is relative if you want to do it or not. You fill the coffee maker either with plain water if it doesn't need it or with liquid for descaling if you want, and simultaneously press the on and aroma buttons for 2 seconds.
It is programmed to rain snow every now and then to descale and not if it needs to. I use salt-free water and it still requires descaling. There is a big problem with the flow of coffee from the thermos. The plastic spout heats up and does not open, resulting in the coffee not being able to pour into the cup and requiring you to remove the lid.
4 stars because it lacks in coffee serving!!! The flow is not smooth. Otherwise, I liked the design and the quality of the coffee!!!
I did what the instructions said when I got it, I washed the pot well, I ran it twice full of water only, and when I made regular coffee, instead of the coffee smelling, the materials of the coffee maker (plastic, metal?) smelled. I made coffee again, thinking maybe because it's new, but the smell was still bad. The odor is present inside the coffee maker even when it's empty. Other than that, it works very well.
Time will show how durable it is in everyday use!!!
