Small and thick handle Very small spoon head. We have it instead of a rattle and it has NEVER been used as a spoon. I would say - no matter how high quality it is - that it is dysfunctional, so choose another one with perhaps a longer handle and a larger spoon head.
To teach the child to eat by itself is okay. But it is not convenient in a container that has some depth (e.g. bowl) because the food goes over the stop. It didn't work particularly well for me.
I think they are the best spoons for starting solids! I am very satisfied. It makes mealtime enjoyable because she likes to "eat" on her own, so it is very important that it has:
- a stopper to prevent injury
- they are soft for the gums
- the size is just right. I wouldn't want a spoon with a long handle, I would be afraid it might hit her.
They are also very easy to clean.
Very user-friendly spoons for babies! They have an ergonomic shape and size! We started solid foods with these! We do both BLW and pre-loaded spoons, so the baby can easily hold them. Also, this stopper provides safety!
Very good spoons and we tried several! It holds a lot of food, it has a stopper so it can't hurt itself even if it grabs it alone. The difference from others is that the silicone is shiny and helps the spoon slide into the mouth, especially at the beginning when feeding is a game
Wonderful spoons!!! They are specifically designed for children's hands (palms) and the spoon has a curve to easily pick up food without being overly large so it doesn't fit in their mouths. It is flexible so it doesn't hurt the child no matter how they hold it. Affordable! It also has a stopper to prevent it from being inserted too far. Overall, I am very satisfied!
