They do their job just fine, I've been using them for about a year now and they have held up. I do about 270 push-ups a week and since I got them, my wrists have been saved. I no longer suffer! Sometimes the plastic on the side unbuttons but goes back in easily. They give you the feeling that they will break because they bend slightly but they hold up just fine.
