The dealership refused to do anything because the warranty had expired, even though the machine was almost unused and the screw I showed them was identical to another one that was screwed into the machine. It was a hidden manufacturing defect and negligence on the part of the company

I recommend it, very powerful for its price, the line for the fine, the disc for the thick. Easy to use, I haven't tried the scissors yet, but it seems reliable in terms of construction. I only withhold one star just as a precaution for its lifespan, although it worked non-stop for two hours without the motor heating up.
